Before the order, Please read the following carefully

I might request corrections to the illustration you have delivered.
I do not do any secondary processing/modification without consulation with your illustrator
When you make an inquiry, if you send me the PSD file you want to request,
I can give you a more detailed estimate
The work is carried out in the order of reservation and payment,
and the reservation is completed only when the deposit advance payment are made.
Please reserve a slot by the desired due date.
When the reservation scheduke is open, please contact me and I will guide you in detail
Depending on the work schedule, unreasonable request can be politely declined (__ )
If you reserve a slot in advanced through reservation, you must complete the deposit
and delivery of materials at least one month before the deadline,
which is the minimum period for the work proceed smoothly
If the minimum period is not met, an additional fee for quick work
as much as the changed work period may occur.
*ex* If the sschedule deadline is Sep 10th, deposit and data delivery will be completed by Aug 10th

The copyright of all works belongs to the author 'Ni!l'
secondary processing & tracing of my work is prohibited
Models could be used as samples and portfolios,
and can be posted on my own social account
Entire modifications are not possible during the feedback phase
Unworkable designed files may be rejected
Please make sure to open the designer (papa/rigging, etc)

Range of Use
① Vtuber himslef/herself can stream or create Vtuber videos/Clips
② Broadcasting, streaming at events (such as birthday cafes)
③ It is possible to produce personal collections of third parties other than Vtuber/Modeller
④ Third parties cannot generate revenue by using the copyrighted models
⑤ If you need to transfer/resell the model, please consult with me and the illustrator first
⑥ In case of Subcontracting, copyright related consultation is required (+Consultation available)
⑦ cmo3 files are not provided free of charge (+Consultation available)

Min 30 days ~ max 60 days
Depending on the amount of work, difficulty, etc.
Inquiry&payment → check files → Rigging → 1st completion → Feedback → Complete
*Please check the corrections carefully at the "1st completion" and "Feedback" phase
*Modifications after the "Complete" stage may indur additional charges

Refund Policy
① If 2 days passed after your order :
remaining working period is less than 20 days : 50% Refund
remaining working period is less than 2 weeks Refund 30%
remaining working period is less than 1 week : No refund
② After your order is done, No refund is available
